Bradley Consulting believes that everyone deserves a safe space to explore the complexities of intersectionality as a way to promote a sustainable relationship with inclusion and diversity awareness.
We are driven by values
Diversity (n.): Defined as the condition of having many different elements, diversity is ever-evolving and requires continual attention and focus to stay present and relevant.
Equity (adj.): used to modify “Diversity”; Defined as dealing fairly and equally with all concerned, equity cannot exist without diversity and it is essential to remain diligent in remembering that equity is non-negotiable and that something is either equitable or it is not.
Inclusion (v.): Defined as the state of being included, inclusion requires that one takes an understanding of intersectionality as it relates to gender, race, orientation, and age and uses that understanding to create spaces where we move above equity and take differences and use them in a functional practice where these intersectionalities matter and are valued and represented.

As a diversity and inclusion consultant providing workshop development, training, and facilitation services, I believe that expanding one’s knowledge of unconscious bias as a way to learn the importance of cultural competency is the first step to fostering an inclusive workplace. As an educator, my pedagogical foundation has taught me that the most complicated topics can be broken down and simplified for dissemination to a wide variety of audiences. This knowledge informs all aspects of my DEI work, even with the most complex topics around race, gender, and sexual orientation. I work with both professionals and individuals (on a personal level) to develop materials that center culturally competent programming.
